Grandfather Vineyard & Winery

A terraced mountain-side vineyard at the base of Grandfather Mountain right on the Watauga River. At the bottom of the vineyard is the tasting room and winery. It's a wonderful place for a lazy afternoon or a group outing.

Grandfather Vineyard and Winery is located just off Highway 105 South of Boone in the Foscoe area. Look for our sign and turn onto Vineyard lane. Traveling south on Hwy 105 from Boone, we are 6 miles on the left from the Hwy 105/105 bypass intersection. Travelin north on Highway 105 from the intersection of Hwy 105 / Hwy 184, we are four miles on the right.
