Cherokee Cellars is located in a restored 1940s bus station in historic downtown Murphy. We source our grapes and juice from professionally maintained commercial vineyards from north Georgia to Virginia, including a variety of grapes from several areas in North Carolina. Once we select the best fruit or juice we can find, the wine making and blending is done on site at our downtown winery. In addition to the winery is The Gallery at Cherokee Cellars. Over 50 paintings are on display from local, regional and national artists. Stop by and enjoy a glass of wine while viewing the art or just relaxing on the porch or in a rocker under the willow tree. We are open April thru November. Tasting room hours are Wednesday thru Saturday noon to 6 PM. Private appointments are available by calling 828-835-9365
