From Winston-Salem, Take I-40 West to Exit 188. Keep left at fork, follow signs for US 421 and merge onto US 421 N. Take Exit 257 for US 601. Turn right onto US 601. Travel 1 mile and turn right onto East Main Street. Uptown Wines will be on your right. From Charlotte, Take I-77 N to Exit 73A to merge onto US 421 S toward Yadkinville. Take Exit 257 for US 601.
